SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We ship orders in 24 – 48 hours. Then, depending on where you are it is delivered in the next 1 – 4 days (Australia-wide). Express Overnight Shipping option is available (not guaranteed for W.A. orders).
For International Orders, delivery times may vary depending on your country of residence. Usually parcels are delivered between 3-14 days.
If there is a delay with your order that we are aware of, we will try and let you know ASAP. Please let us know if your order has taken longer than 4 days (Australia) and 14 Days (International) and we can track the delivery for you.
As with all freight, including post, delays are a regular part of the service, but from our side we try and be as efficient as possible.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
All returns must be advised in writing within 14 days from receipt of your order. You can email admin@ceramichedesimone.com.au with a copy of your Invoice and reason for return. Once your claim has been approved our customer service department will contact you and advise collection and refund options. Our Returns and Refunds Policy applies to the following situations:
1. Un-usable or Faulty Goods: If you have received an item that is un-usable or faulty, Ceramiche De Simone will offer a full refund including all shipping costs pertained to the order.
2. Unsuitable Goods: If you deem the items you have ordered as unsuitable, Ceramiche De Simone will offer a store credit for the amount paid (less shipping) within 14 days of receipt of your order provided the goods are un-used.
